Book below or purchase a gift voucher. My studio is very small so currently I can only accommodate 1 or 2 people in addition to myself. All lessons are 90 minutes long.

important things to note:

You must bring a towel.
You will be able to select a glaze and pieces will be available to collect approximately 3-4 weeks after the lesson.
Cut your fingernails beforehand – clay doesn’t like long fingernails.
All other materials are provided.
Lessons are 1.5 hours long.
Expect to be able to create a few small pieces (approx 300g ea).
Wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting muddy. Bring an apron if you want to keep them cleanish!
I suggest wearing short sleeves or sleeves you can roll up so they don’t get in the way.
The studio is an enclosed porch up quite a lot of stairs. Unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible. Wear some warm layers if it’s feeling cold.
Immediately after booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. If you haven’t received the confirmation within 10 minutes check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it please email me.
You won’t get an automatic reminder email before your lesson so please make sure you add the appointment to your diary. I will usually check in a few days out to re-confirm if needed!

Service Terms & Conditions

Booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
If you haven’t already made payment please transfer payment to 02-0536-0233507-000 (BNZ, Nice Assets).
- $150 — lesson for 1
- $200 — lesson for 2
Use ‘lesson’ as a reference please (and the name for the booking if it is not the same as the account you are paying from).
Bookings are fully refundable with at least 1 week notification.
Cancellations with less than 1 week notice are not able to be refunded, however they can be rescheduled if there is availability. The option to reschedule is not guaranteed but I will try to work with you to reschedule!

group Pottery workshops in Wellington

I also offer group pottery workshops. I can provide 2-hour fully facilitated workshops in handbuilding for $100 per person including all materials for up to 15 people. Firing is included. If you don’t have a venue available when I will need to book a space which will be an additional charge, depending on the date/time you prefer and how many people you are hoping to have involved.

Or, you I can provide materials, tools and instructions for you to run your own group activity for $35 per person, including all materials and firing. If it’s a self-led session you can have as many people as you like.
