SHIPPING

In stock items are shipped within one business day.

Items are shipped by courier within Aotearoa. For shipping outside New Zealand please enquire. I’m happy to arrange shipping overseas!

UPDATE Sept 2021: All NZ shipping is now CARBON NEUTRAL through NZ Post!!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on volumetric weight.

Free local pickup is available – just choose that option at checkout.

handling & care

Each piece is handmade by me, with love, one at a time.

I use a lot different types of clays and styles in my ceramics. I mix handbuilding, slip-casting, and wheel-throwing with different types of clays. I try to only work with New Zealand clays, and my work is usually fired to cone 8 in my electric kiln.

All of my work is meant to be used — however use with care! I generally suggest hand-washing and avoid microwave use, but it’s up to personal preferences.  A few runs through the dishwasher or microwave won’t destroy anything, but it may shorten a piece’s life.

returns & refunds

If you are not happy with your Nice Assets pottery purchased online or from a stockist please get in touch and we can discuss options!

Occasionally breakages do occur in shipping. When this happens it is very sad but I am able to either replace the item or offer a refund. Please get in touch if this is the case.
