returns & refunds

For pottery:

If you are not happy with your Nice Assets pottery purchased online or from a stockist please get in touch and we can discuss options!

Occasionally breakages do occur in shipping. When this happens it is very sad but I am able to either replace the item or offer a refund. Please get in touch if this is the case.

For lessons, workshops and classes:

My lessons, workshops and classes are very popular. Under normal circumstances, due to limited places, if you wish to withdraw from a workshop or class you must let me know by email at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.

HOWEVER…. with the current Covid climate I am trying to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling & refunding lessons & workshops.

Please don’t be tempted to turn up in you are the slightest bit unwell, we’ll sort something out!

If you are unwell or need to isolate please let me know as soon as possible. If it’s less than 7 days for a workshop or class I will try to fill your spot so you can defer your registration to the next offering. If that isn’t an option I will work with you on a suitable arrangement that ideally leave neither of us disadvantaged.

If for any reason I am unwell and have to isolate or cancel a lesson I will let you know as soon as possible and try to reschedule. If we aren’t able to find a date that works to reschedule I will provide a full refund.
